I like these shorts very much. I personally prefer a linen blend rather that 100% linen so they don't shrink or wrinkle as much when wearing. I am 5'5" 134 pounds with 38 inch hips and 29.5 inch waist. I ordered a Lake Green in M and a L after reading the reviews. I am wearing the L after washing and touching up with an iron (I am not a great photographer). I felt like the M was to snug so I sent it back. The size chart says the M should fit hips 38.5 - 40 and waist 28.5 - 30 so I believe anyone wanting to order should size up one size. L fit me perfectly just like they do on the model. Other than the size chart issue, these shorts are great. Little to no shrinkage when washed, just a light touch up with an iron (because I like my clothes polished looking). Fabric is not too thin or too thick, nice weight that seems like it will last.

High Waisted Comfy Pull On Shorts with Pockets, the description says it all! Very accurate. While the linen material is not as silky cool against the skin as alot of my other shorts, i find the strength in the material instead Very pleasing, please don't get me wrong, it's not rough like a tweed would be, it's just not a silky like material, I do alot of hard work outdoors and having clothes more of substance is appreciated. It's high waisted and has a good strong about 3 inch band around the waist area, i won't have to worry about gardening and half mooning my neighbors in the process! They are comfortable and I find all the pockets when I put my hands in them to be spaced and property sized and adjusted to my arm length. I'm 5'1 and 105ish lbs and a shorter frame, I went with the small which fits me great. I like alittle room for bending and sitting but still holding up around my waist and these do. I could have fit a extra small and them fit comfortably as well just have given up some of the moveablilty a small offers, and a medium i could have worn as well but be a baggy off the hips style, which I like but the neighbors would probably get the top end of my tush if I was weeding or planting flowers ; ) the quality of the materials and stitching makes it worth the price, these will definitely hold up to several years of wearing.

Ill start by saying I normally do not wear shorts soshort. Being a bigger girl, I prefer knee-length garments. Still, when I was offered these to try out and saw they were 100% natural fibers (linen and cotton), I ordered a pair in black.The fabric somewhat stretchy and forgiving, but also strong and canvas-like. They have pockets in both the front and back - and the front pockets are plenty big for my iPhone, keys, wallet, etc (SO NICE!). I am a size 20 and the XXL fit well - not like a sausage casing. :P I can see these being really nice on a really hot day in the summer. Might order another pair in another color!

Be sure to look at the size chart. I knew these would be between sizes 20 and 22, and Id guess theyre more towards the lower end of that. I CAN get them on, though, and am wearing them, and like that the pockets are somewhat deep. I love the material, the linen/cotton blend, as these are really sturdy! Definitely designed for women, though, as theres very little room in the crotch, nearly giving me a wedgie. Plus, theyre pretty high in the back when bending over! But very fetching, and easy to wear around the house. I like the elastic waistband rather than having to deal with buttons.

Very nice shorts. Strong woven fabric, a blend of cotton and linen. I sized up to be safe, and they have a comfortable, roomy, but not too loose fit. The brown color is nice as it is a rather hard to find hue.

I got the Khaki in a size Medium. I'm 5'5 and about 134 pounds, the length is really good, not too short or too long (oh that all reviewers would tell us their size and shape instead of describing just how they fit, unless I know your size, it doesn't help me choose what will fit me best.) These are made really well, a little stiff and thicker than I expected but that's good! I probably would have been fine ordering the Cream colored ones but was concerned that they might be thin material and see through. I doubt that they would be, these are not that kind of linen material. I felt old in them at first, to be honest ?? when I tried them on. Then I told myself, "Think classy, not old." I mean, you can't always wear jean shorts everywhere you go, LOL. These are a nice addition to my wardrobe. The length is great to dress up or down, and I'm very happy with them. The quality is good, they are not cheap looking, I did just hold them up in the light, they might be thinner than they looked or felt when they were on. They certainly won't be too hot to wear in the hot summer heat, but I am not positive about the Creme colored ones now. I'd be curious to see a review on those and what size they got, if they were tight or a little baggy like mine fit. The way these fit on me I think there would be enough material gathered that you would be safe!

I am very impressed with these shorts. The color selection is vast (I got brown and its a rich, lovely shade of brown). The fabric is thick and feels nice to wear, sometimes shorts like this can be scratchy, but not these. I usually wear an XL but ordered an XXL hoping for a looser fit but they actually fit perfectly. The length is flattering too. I dont remember the inseam length but on me (Im 58) they dont show my rear when I bend over yet I dont feel like an old lady wearing shorts to my knees. The elastic waist is wide and sturdy. It doesnt roll when I bend and move. The pockets are roomy enough to put my hands all the way in yet they dont pucker or stick out and make my hips look bigger. All in all I really like these shorts. I will definitely purchase these in more colors.

After wearing these shorts today, I have to say that Im definitely a fan. They are the perfect length. Not too short, not too long. The linen/cotton fabric does not seam to wrinkle as easily as my other linen shorts, which is a nice feature. Theyre pre-shrunk, so theyre machine washable! I like that these shorts have a wider elastic waist with a drawstring. And the pockets? Theyre big enough to carry your phone in the front or the back. Im generally a size 6 and the medium fit perfectly.

These are comfy shorts that feel like real linen. The cut is just right for me...not too short, not too long, not too wide, not too tight. Perfect casual summer shorts.These feel like "real" clothing and not the fast-fashion throwaway stuff that looks good in pictures but is awful when it shows up.

These shorts are true to size, color in pictures is accurate description. I like the design of the elastic waistband, not too narrow and the drawstring is high quality and a good addition for added support. It was a little more snug than I was anticipating, but still a "just right" for the sizing. Decent product for the price.

I am 5'8, 180lbs, and ordered the Large based on the size chart. They are snug, but with the fabric type it should stretch out a bit with wear. If you want the baggy look I suggest sizing up as the waistband has a string tie. I like the 4' inseam so my thighs don't rub, and it has pockets on pockets to hold all the things.

Sizing in women's clothes can be odd. I wear a size 4/6 so I got a medium thinking they would be a bit loose. The fit, but they are not slightly big as I hoped, so I would definitely size up. Now, the good! These are a great material! I love the large pockets and the cuffs. They hit upper thigh, but are definitely long enough they don't feel like short short. They make your legs look long. The pockets are nice and deep enough for your phone to feel secure.

These shorts are very comfortable and the fabric is breathable, so they should be nice on hot summer days. They are a bit longer, reaching about mid-thigh. They have generous square pockets in the front and back. The waistband is stretchy and wide. I got the blue color and they are opaque.
